Crystal ball machine

 

These days, met many customer are interested in the crystal ball machine. So there to share some information about crystal ball business.

First, we need to review two knowledge,

1. Crystal ball need special tools to engrave

2. Crystal ball is more easy to engrave with the ball machine.

Now, many of the crystal ball led light crafts have been sold everywhere; they are beautiful, so they are popular and hot in the market. Now most of the resellers purchased the engraved ball from Chinese factories.

Then some will think if we can print this ball and do this business ourselves. Therefore, I can do some customized orders, like engraving some gift words on it. Also, if I print this crystal ball myself, can we save some cost and get more profit? To be honest, the Chinese factories gain very low profit from processing the crystal ball.  These kinds of Chinese markets have ten to twenty machines, or even more, and they get the crystal ball from the raw material factory, then do the bulk engraving with the big size machine, once they can engrave 20 to 30 crystal balls. However, they do the same image and not very good quality, because they have poor profit, they need to do it as soon as possible.

So if you want to do the same image and same quality crystal as what is purchased from China, making them yourself will not reduce the cost much. Unless, you want to a big company to do handle all of the crystal 3d process business in your area.

Then, if you want to have higher-quality products and some custom-made things for your customers, you can consider purchasing a small machine for your own crystal 3d customization business.

Then let us talk back to the crystal 3d ball machine, we all know that there are two machines, one is more suitable for cubes, and one is more suitable for balls. Then, what kind of machine should you choose? Actually, according to your budget. If your budget is enough, the ball machine is obviously for crystal ball engraving. All chinese factory use ball machines to print balls.  

If your budget is not enough, you can choose the small cube machine for crystal ball engraving, but the process operation is more complex and needs more time. However, it can still print the crystal ball. From the results, there is no difference.

 

One more thing I need to talk about, the glass ball. Now, there are two kinds of glass balls in the market. When you purchase the crystal ball, please take care to adjust it. One is the glass ball, this made of normal glass, not K9 glass; this kind of glass sometimes has the same issues in the ball. These issues sometimes affect the image printing. Then, the high-quality K9 glass ball is made of K9 glass. This K9 glass ball is the right ball for glass ball engraving.

Normally, the glass ball is 1.5USD per, the K9 glass ball is about 3.5USD per, that is the example for the 80m  ball.
