Basic information when you are going to start a Crystal 3D business
Crystal 3D business is not a new business; it has been on the market for over 20 years.
However, the machine and the crystal engraving quality have been improved during the last 20 years. Many people come into this business, and some of them have become big companies. And this business has become a very mature one. So, as a fresher, what do you have to know about this business?

First, you have to get a suitable machine, and you have to know the differences between the machines. For now, in the market, only two laser machines can do crystal inner engraving, the UV laser and the green laser machine. And a UV laser is much cheaper than a green laser machine. However, you have to know, the UV laser is not suitable for business. You can clearly see in he market, no crystal business company uses the UV laser to do the business. Then, you have to know that different green lasers give different kinds of dots and show different engraving quality. And also, the software that comes with the machine is also very different, with different kinds of functions and dot processing methods, so the engraving quality is also different.

The crystal, everyone can easily know from the internet that the K9 crystal is needed, but do you ever know that the K9 crystal materials are also made in different factories?
And some are easy to break by the machine, or some can give better engraving quality.
And one more thing, according to the special production environment requirements, almost all the crystal material is from China. So when you start this business, you have to import the crystal from China.

The 3D image engraving. For now, the main market focus on the 3D image engraving. 3D image engraving gifts are more beautiful, and the main crystal company in the market is doing the 3D image business. So, if you want to do this business, you have to do 3D crystal business and know how to get the 3D model.
Also, there are many ways to get the 3D image, because this business has developed over many years.
First, do the 3D model by yourselves. This requires a very rich 3D modeling experience and very professional skills. It takes some time to learn him. And how beautiful the 3D image in the crystal depends on how beautiful the 3D model you made is.
Second, the scan camera. There are also two kinds, only face camera or the full body camera. These two cameras also do give very good quality models.
Third, find a service supplier to make the 3D model for you and pay them. This is the method most of the customers will choose. The cost for one face is 4 USD to 12 USD, depending on which supplier you choose.
